International restaurant and cocktail bar for sale. We open in october 2014, we`ve
made a 10 years contract but pay for the first 3 years only. We refurbish the place
and we buy all furniture. Sofa, fridges, tables, chairs, new doors, new A/C, Tv, wine
fridge, new gypsum ceiling, laptop with POS system, bill printer, Lighting system
new... ect ect... We have a family problem in our home country and we have to leave
Laos. The business is good, we making an average income on 13.000 USD a month
with 3000/4000 USD profit. Labour cost are low, tax low and rent low, only 350 USD a
month.
